What a fantastic three days of learning, collaboration and shared purpose!
It was a pleasure to lead the IBICUS IBDP Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches Category 1 workshop, bringing together 12 teachers from different parts of the world.
Different schools, countries and experiences but one common mission: to create meaningful, inquiry-based learning experiences that help our students become confident, curious and independent mathematical thinkers.
One of the things I value most about these workshops is that the learning goes both ways. Every discussion, question and classroom story adds something new to our collective understanding of what excellent mathematics teaching can look like.
And being with Maths teachers always feels a little like being with my tribe 😊 Undoubtedly, we are the coolest people in any school!
